Her roles include Marina Cooper on Guiding Light and Marcy Brender on Dawson's Creek. Mary Louise Parker starred in two episodes. Her roles included Judy Kramer as a Fox 2005 show Point Pleasant, and Marcy playing a character on Dawson's Creek. The three-year run playing Marina Cooper, in Guiding Light's soap opera earned nominations for Soap Opera Digest Awards 2003 in the Outstanding Newcomer category. Dollar was Cindy Thomas, the ABC Television show Women's Murder Club's main character from 2007 to 2008. Dollar was a part of her 2012 NBC Pilot Happy Valley but it was not aired.
