Anne Phung Nguyen

My name is Anne Phung Nguyen and I am a Vietnamese American entrepreneur residing in gorgeous Orange County California with my incredible fianc JP and happy go lucky Dad Henry. A majority of my followers know me via my Instagram @annephung, where I record my personal life: highs, lows, and all in between. I arrived in America with my family and brothers in 1990 when I was one and a half years young. I'm not here sharing my life to you, if not since my parents were devoted to dedication and hard work. In order to give them a chance at a more successful future, I focused on my goals and worked hard to achieve it. My plan of life was: I would go to university, get work in a corporate as well as marry and then buy a home. It was my idea of what success would look like. But the reality of life changed my thoughts. The year was 2013, and I realized that I was not happy being in my job as a corporate employee. Status and money did make me feel happy. I believed that I was wasting time for an income. My love of fitness and my passion for socializing with other people led me to pursue a new career as an instructor. In this year, I am celebrating the 7th year anniversary of my business. In 2014 I began my own company. There are very few Asian women work in the fashion industry. To lead in my field and offer quality coaching, to assist others in achieving a happier and healthier life through creating a lifestyle tailored to meet their needs and to reach their objectives. Additionally, I want to encourage people to pursue their dreams and do whatever they would like to achieve in their lives. When I began my professional job, the passing of my mother was the biggest loss to me. In Heaven she now rests following an eight-year fight against Scleroderma. Yet, I keep the memory about her each day. If you don't realize the signs at first, God has a funny way of giving us what we really require. There are many ways that the loss of my mother affected me in many ways. I truly believe she offered me another chance to live through her demise. She passed away in the morning of Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was time for her to begin her new life, and also I was given a second chance at living an enjoyable, fulfilling and fulfilling life. In the 30's I am more vibrant than I have ever. I can truly say that I live my life today and not just surviving like I was in the past. As I share the story of my experiences, it's with the intention that people will be able to understand my experiences and thoughts. In order to feel that they are not alone. It is also a sign of true love. Therapy is necessary and is not unusual. In the end, your health is your biggest wealth. My hope is that you will live life fully and that your final resting place is not a regret, as that's the only thing you can count on for the rest of our lives.
